Beyond the comfort zone
I developed Tonique method as a unique toning method that through the use of certain sequences and directional movements targets every muscle in your body. Most of all, it builds super sculpted butt and legs without looking like a body builder. My primary goal is to challenge one's mind and body, and a very important aspect of my method is to go beyond your comfort zone. It is essential to push yourself to the next level, but only when you feel ready and of course not to tear any tissues or pull muscles, or feel any unpleasant discomfort. My goal is to work the given muscle group 360 degrees, including every small muscle around the gluts and legs, at every possible angle/direction. The aim is to feel the positive burn and then to add extra 10 or 20 repetitions - we must go beyond what feels comfortable. Rather than stopping, to continue working out the area but changing the direction, confusing your muscle's short memory. It takes time, but everyone can build up to it.
I design every workout to build a stronger, fitter body, and to build control, balance and tone. I work out on the same muscles, but always different intensity, different sequence, direction, speed and I add more challenge to it. This helps you to avoid hitting a plateau where improvement stops. Working out is supposed to be fun as well as challenging, and provide satisfaction, slef confidence and a positive outlook. It is the best anti-oxidant to get rid of stress, aging, fat and toxins...it purifies our mind and body.
