Physical items such as DVD’s can be exchanged for the same item if found to be defective. Return authorization must be obtained from Tonique Fitness prior to sending the defective item in for exchange. Digital download items such as videos can not be returned, and refunds can not be granted once purchased. Please see the trouble shooting suggestions below if you are experiencing playback issues.
Tonique Fitness accepts, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal. All transactions are processed by Pay Pal. However, a Pay Pal account is not required to complete a transaction.
All prices and transactions are in US dollars. Most credit cards will handle the currency exchange rate conversion at the time of the transaction.
Digital downloads must be downloaded to a desktop or laptop computer first, and then transferred to a mobile / tablet device.
The digital downloads are .mp4 files which will play on most standard media players.
