Tonique Whipped is a perfect blend of mat and standing up work, including squats, lunges, and leg lifts. The workout challenges with afew push ups and planks with leg extensions, and some balance work. Whipped is a light workout of a little more than one hour to sculpt your entire body. There is optional few minutes of a light suspension workout using a wall to further train your strength and power.
