Why should I do Tonique?

Tonique is not just another average studio workout, a copy of another workout. Tonique was born from Sylwia’s over 35 years of experience living her life in constant movement. She expresses her knowledge, experience, and passion for movement in each workout and brings intensity and discipline.

How do I approach Tonique?

Open-minded and without fear. Tonique is more mental than physical. Once you master it, you will understand the meaning behind the method.

Does Tonique have a studio?

No. Sylwia travels the world, sets up her camera without a crew and improvises each workout to bring the real feel of the destination. She brings the unexpected challenge and introduces you to the world beyond studio walls.

Can I combine other programs with Tonique?

Yes. It is important to stick to Tonique on a regular basis to see the full results. However, it is also important to have fun experience other workouts and forms of movement like running, bikini, surfing, etc.


How often do you recommend to do Tonique?

If you can and your body allows you Sylwia recommends to do it daily. Sylwia does not believe in taking breaks instead she recommends to lower the intensity of the workout and focus on balance and precision. She recommends to Tonique at least 5 times a week to see the very best results.

Can I combine the Tonique phases?

Absolutely yes. You can go back and forth with Tonique depending on how you feel any given day.

How long should I do each phase?

Till you master it. There is no need to rush and to spend money on additional workouts or new phases when you still need to master the one you own.

Do I need any equipment?

Most workouts do not require any equipment. For the Mat Workouts, you might need a mat or a towel. Add ankle weights 5-6 lbs for an extra challenge.

Can I Tonique while pregnant?

Absolutely! Sylwia herself is the mother of two. She believes movement plays a huge role in how you feel and while pregnant she wants you to feel your best and your strongest. She recommends to do lower intensity workouts and asks to listen to your body and do the moves that are most comfortable.

Do you need a specific diet to Tonique?

No. Just eat seasonal, fresh and colorful. No crap.


Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

Tonique Fitness accepts, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed by Paypal. However, a Paypal account is not required to complete a transaction.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices and transactions are in US dollars. Most credit cards will handle the currency exchange rate conversion at the time of the transaction.

Digital download items can not be returned, and refunds can not be granted once purchased.

You don’t need an account to purchase one of Tonique’s workout. But it makes your experience better!
