Sculpture is your introduction to 5-6 lbs ankle weights. Based on Sylwia’s obsession with sculpting your body and defining its graceful silhouette.  Designed to provide you with a strong foundation to enter a new phase of TONIQUE that requires more control, more focus, and more strength. You may start the workout without ankle weights, however, it is recommended that you take the challenge and start it with lighter weights and gradually increase the weight. The purpose of this workout is to elevate your fitness to the next level, sculpting your lower body and lifting your butt, building greater strength and ability to stay in control. Inspired by female curves and the Zaha Hadid (Highline) architecture.
