Tonique Alaska series is a medium intensity workout, a bridge between phase V and upcoming phase VI, designed to deliver a quick lift for your mood and your booty. It is mostly a lower body workout, requires something stable and safe to step up on ( it can be a bench, a step, or side stool ), ankle weights are optional . The workout offers a perfect sculpt under 1 hr. It was filmed during my Alaska travels to a very secluded places surrounded by nature that plays on your imagination. I want you to forget what’s behind and look forward to what’s ahead.
